Power increase
The Taycan 4S Performance Battery Plus power is artificially detuned from the maximum possible 730 PS to 571 PS in launch control and 489 PS in normal mode. The torque is 640 Nm. With our upgrade the maximum power is increased to 730 PS at 75-100% SoC, and the full torque of 660 Nm is available in all modes.
Our software includes a special function, which at wide open throttle puts the inverter controllers into launch mode even during normal driving. Simultaneously the suspension is stiffened and the traction control adjusted for optimal acceleration. Without this unique function, that only we provide, it is impossible to exceed 640 Nm torque outside of launch control.
